DESCRIPTION:The annual meeting is scheduled for Sunday\, June 28th 2026 at the SHFD Meeting Room. \nDoors at 3:00 for registration/renewal\, dues collection\, and food – Meeting to begin at 3:30. \nThe regular agenda items apply: \n\nPre-meeting collection of dues and enrollment of new members (dues will remain at $20 per voter per year\, max 2 voters per home)\nReview of yearly activity and finances\nCurrent plans for the coming fiscal year\nElection of 2026-2027 Board of Directors\n\nWe are planning to supply a hot dog bar\, chips\, water\, and sodas. Bring a dessert or other item to share if you wish! \nIf you or someone you know in The Neighborhood is interested in serving as a Board Member\, please contact us ASAP so that we may discuss the role with you. It’s a very light\, but important responsibility!
