SUMMARY:Trick-or-Treat on The Boulevard 2025
DESCRIPTION:The regular Signal Hill Boulevard trick-or-treating event is set for Friday\, October 31 from 6:00-8:00pm (or until out of candy!) \nThe time is due to being one of the best attended Halloween TOT neighborhoods around; many of our Boulevard residents see over one thousand visitors in these two hours. \nFor the two hours scheduled\, the first through fourth blocks will be closed to all non-essential traffic\, and the SHBA has hired St. Clair County Sherriff’s deputies to watch the entrances and provide emergency support if needed. \nPublic parking will be made available at Signal Hill School and Signal Hill United Methodist Church. \nIf you are visiting\, welcome! Our neighbors are thrilled to spend the evening with you and your children. \nWhether you are a resident or a guest\, please remember that this evening is put on voluntarily by each participating family. Respect the property and wishes of our neighbors to help ensure a fun evening for all!
