Trick-or-Treat on The Boulevard 2025

The regular Signal Hill Boulevard trick-or-treating event is set for Friday, October 31 from 6:00-8:00pm (or until out of candy!)

The time is due to being one of the best attended Halloween TOT neighborhoods around; many of our Boulevard residents see over one thousand visitors in these two hours.

For the two hours scheduled, the first through fourth blocks will be closed to all non-essential traffic, and the SHBA has hired St. Clair County Sherriff’s deputies to watch the entrances and provide emergency support if needed.

Public parking will be made available at Signal Hill School and Signal Hill United Methodist Church.

If you are visiting, welcome! Our neighbors are thrilled to spend the evening with you and your children.
